- EXW
- Ex Works: the buyer collects the goods at the seller's premises and arranges and pays for all transport from there.
- FOB
- Free On Board: the seller delivers the goods on board the vessel at the port of shipment; from then on, freight and risk are the buyer's.
- CFR (C&F)
- Cost and Freight: the seller pays the sea freight to the named destination port; risk passes to the buyer once the goods are on board at the port of shipment.
